Sweet Potato Souffle Recipe
Ingredients:
GROUP 1:3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 sm. can white coconut, shredded
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 stick soft butter
GROUP 2:
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 stick soft butter
1/2 c. white flour
Cooking Directions:
Stir Group One ingredients into casserole dish. Then mix Group Two ingredients in bowl, put on top of souffle mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour.Other Recipes you might like:
