Spinach Artichoke Recipe
Ingredients:
3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
8 oz. sour cream
3 tbsp. butter
2/3 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
1/2 pkg. seasoned stuffing
Cooking Directions:
Cook spinach; drain well. Remove as much water as possible. Add butter. Mix sour cream and soup mix together and add to spinach. Drain artichoke hearts, cut into pieces and place in bottom of flat casserole. Spread spinach mix over artichokes. Top with stuffing crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
