Beef Shish-kabob Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs. sirloin steak6 sm. onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
Pierce beef and onions alternately on skewer, place over charcoal fire, gas flames or under even broiler until done.With meat and onions, tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms or yellow squash may be added.
