Southern Collard Greens Recipe
Ingredients:
1 bunch greens20 strips fat back
Cooking Directions:
Cut up and wash greens thoroughly. Wash salt from fat back and cook 10 pieces in oven until crisp. Place remaining 10 pieces in a pot with about 4 cups of water. Put greens in pot. Also pour the drippings from the oven cooked fat back in with greens. Cook until tender, add salt and water as needed. Serve with oven cooked fat back on the side.Other Recipes you might like:
