Salmon Baste Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb. butter
2 lbs. brown sugar
3/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine

Cooking Directions:

Melt butter, stir in brown sugar until dissolved. Add liquids and heat through. Baste fish. We brought this recipe back from Alaska. It is wonderful for grilling or baking any fish.
