1. Bean Medley
1 can garbonzo beans, 1 can cut green beans, 1 can yellow wax beans, 1 can red kidney beans, 1 c. sliced celery, 1/4 c. onion, sliced fine, French dressing, sm. bottle

1 can kidney beans, 1 can B & M baked beans, Frozen baby limas (cooked), 1 can Garbanzo beans, washed & slipped off

1 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. beef broth, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, 1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1 1/2 lb. potatoes, 9 oz. pkg. frozen green beans

5. Beef Noodle Medley
8 oz. pkg. noodles, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. plain yogurt, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 2 1/2 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 9 oz. pkg. frozen green beans, 1 tbsp. pimiento

1 c. white corn, 1 c. French cut green beans, 1 c. LeSuer peas, 1 c. celery, 1 c. chopped green pepper, 1 c. spring onions (tops included), 1/2 c. red salad vinegar, 1/2 c. Wesson oil, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. white pepper

7. Vegetable Medley Salad
1 can artichoke hearts, drained, 1 (8 oz.) can cut green beans, drained, 1 (8 oz.) can cut way beans, drained, 1 (8 oz.) can sliced carrots, drained, 1 med. onion, thinly sliced, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, 1/4 c. chili sauce, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. basil, 1 tsp. vinegar, 1/4 tsp. oregano

1 pkg. frozen green beans, 1 pkg. frozen peas, 1/2 green pepper, slivered, 5 green onions, sliced or onion slices, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained, 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, 3/4 c. water, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1/4 c. oil, 1/2 c. sugar or 2 tsp. Sweet & Low, Pepper to taste

9. Harvest Rice Medley
2 c. cooked brown rice, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 med. onion, chopped, 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced, 2 stalks broccoli, chopped, 15 snow pea pods, 1/2 c. cooked kidney beans, 2 tsp. dried basil, 2 tsp. fresh ground pepper, 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese, 3/4 c. plain low fat yogurt

10. Vegetable Medley
1 1/2 c. sliced onions, 2 c. 2 inch celery strips, 1 1/2 c. carrot strips, 2 c. fresh or cooked green beans (18 oz. pkg. frozen), 3/4 c. green pepper strips, 4 tbsp. butter, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. salt, 2 c. tomatoes
