Minnesota Wild Rice & Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pork chops1/2 lb. wild rice, cooked
1 can mushroom soup
2 tsp. grated onion
1 sm. can mushrooms
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped pecans (opt.)
Cooking Directions:
Place pork chops in a greased casserole. Combine all other ingredients and spoon over chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Chops may be cooked on top of stove for awhile to get semi-tender and cook the fat off, especially if you use the thick chops.Other Recipes you might like:
