Kielbasi Lentil Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. lentils5 c. water
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. Kielbasi
8 slices bacon
1 med. onion
1 c. celery
1 c. carrots
Cooking Directions:
Bring lentils, water, tomatoes, bay leaves, salt and pepper to a boil. Add 1 pound Kielbasi. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Fry bacon, onion, celery, and carrots. Add to lentils and cook 30 minutes more.Other Recipes you might like:
