Ham Hocks And Beans Recipe
Ingredients:
2 to 3 ham hocks1 bag dry lima beans
Cooking Directions:
Soak lima beans in water for 6 to 8 hours. While beans are soaked, cook ham hocks for about 2 hours. Add beans and cook slow for 2 hours. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.Other Recipes you might like:
