1. Shrimp Or Crab Bisque
1 3/4 lb. cooked & prepared shrimp or 1 lb. crabmeat, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 2 pods crushed garlic, 1 cubed potato, 1/4 c. butter, 1 qt. milk, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. dried parsley

1 lobster, 1 to 2 lb., 2 ribs celery, 1 shallot, minced, 1 c. butter (1/2 lb.), 1 c. chopped onion (1 med.), 2 c. half and half (or milk), Lobster broth, 1 tsp. paprika, 1/2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning (optional), 1/2 to 1 c. sherry, 1 tsp. concentrated chicken stock or 1 cube chicken bouillon, Salt, white pepper, 1 c. flour, 3 c. reserved lobster broth

1/4 c. minced onion, 3 tbsp. butter, 1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked and chopped, 1/2 lb. crab meat, cooked and flaked, 1/2 lb. scallops, cooked and chopped, 1/2 lb. lobster, cooked and cubed (optional), 1/3 c. dry white wine, 2 c. water, 1 pt. heavy cream, 2 egg yolks, beaten lightly, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. white pepper, 1/4 c. sherry or brandy

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams, 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can tiny shrimp, 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat or 8 oz. imitation crab & seafood mix, 2 oz. salt pork or 1/4 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. chopped onion, 3 lg. potatoes, peeled & diced, 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup plus soup can of milk, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 c. boiling water, 1/4 tsp. curry, 2 c. cream (light or heavy or mixture), 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 1/2 tsp. thyme (opt.), Salt to taste, 1/4 tsp. pepper, Sherry (opt.)

2 bunches green onions, 1 sm. onion, Garlic powder, 3 lb. sm. shrimp, 2 cans golden cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans cream of celery soup, 1 tbsp. cooking sherry, 2 c. milk, 4 strips bacon, chopped, Lea & Perrins sauce, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 tbsp. liquid crab boil, 1 lb. crabmeat, Parsley

1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of celery soup, 2 c. half & half, 3 c. shrimp, lobster and/or crab, 3/4 c. sherry or white wine

1 can mushroom soup, 1 can potato soup, 1 can tomato bisque, 1 can shrimp, 5 oz. sherry, 1 qt. half and half cream, 1 sm. onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. butter, 3 c. crab (or krab)

10. Tomato Crab Bisque
1 can green pea soup, 2 cans tomato soup, 2 c. half & half, 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 3 tbsp. sherry, 1 c. lump crab meat, Parsley to color
