Chilled Asparagus Soup Recipes
1. Asparagus Salad
1 sm. pkg lime gelatin, 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 can cream of asparagus soup, undiluted, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tsp. grated onion, Dash of pepper, 3/4 c. cucumber, shredded and well drained, 1/2 c. celery, finely chopped, 1 tbsp. parsley
2. Asparagus Souffle Salad
1 pkg. lime Jello, 1/2 c. water, 1 can cream of asparagus soup, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. white vinegar, 1 tsp. grated onion, Tabasco, 3/4 c. chopped celery, 1 tbsp. snipped parsley, 1/4 c. shredded cucumber (no seeds)
3. Cool As A Cucumber Salad
1 (6 oz.) box lime Jello, 1/2 c. hot water, 1 tsp. vinegar, 2 cans asparagus soup, 1 c. lite mayonnaise, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. shredded unpeeled cucumbers, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1 tbsp. minced parsley

1 (10 oz.) can cream of asparagus soup, 1/2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream, 1 soup can water, 1/2 c. chopped cucumber, 1 tbsp. chopped red onion
5. Creamy Asparagus Soup
2 1/2 lb. asparagus spears or, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut asparagus, 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. chicken broth, 2 tbsp. butter, 2 c. light cream of half & half, 1/4 tsp. white pepper
