Chicken - Kielbasi Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. kielbasi, cut in pieces2 whole chicken breasts, cooked
1/2 lb. mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. heavy cream
2 c. chicken stock
Salt & pepper
1/2 bag (8 oz.) stuffing mix
1/2 stick melted butter
Cooking Directions:
Saute mushrooms, cook chicken and cut in small pieces. Mix in 9 x 13 inch dish with kielbasi. Top with cream sauce and topping.TOPPING:
1/2 bag (8 oz.) stuffing mix1/2 stick melted butter
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
