3 tbsp. cooking oil, 3 cloves garlic, chopped, 1 sm. onion, chopped, 1 lb. pork tenderloin, 1/2 lb. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined, 1/2 c. soybean curd, cut into small cubes, 3/4 c. shrimp juice, 2 tsp. paprika, 2 c. meat broth, 1 1/2 tbsp. all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp. fish sauce, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. black pepper, 1 lb. rice-stick noodles (Bijon), 1 c. chitcharon or dried pork rind (pounded), 1/2 c. flaked, smoked fish, 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced crosswise, 2 lemons, sliced, 1/2 c. finely sliced onions

1 pkg. noodles (thick), soaked in cold water 1 hour, 1/4 c. shrimps, shelled & deveined, 2 sticks Chinese sausage (dry), sliced thin, 1 box tofu (soy bean cake), cut in sm. cubes, 1/2 c. pork or chicken meat, cut in sm. cubes, 1/2 c. annato seed extract, 1 c. ground pork rinds (chicharrones), 2 hard boiled eggs (for garnishing), 3 tbsp. cornstarch (dissolved in 1/4 c. water), 1/4 c. chopped green onion (for garnishing), 1 med. onion, sliced thin, 1/2 head garlic, crushed & shelled, 1 egg, beaten, 4 c. chicken stock, 1/4 c. cooking oil, Salt & pepper to taste (use own judgment)

1 1/2 lbs. beef ribs, cut into strips, 2 bell peppers, red and green, strips, 5 tbsp. tomato paste, 3 c. water, 1-2 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds, 1 pkg. (8 oz.) flat noodles (pancit), cooked, 1 clove garlic, smashed, 1 round onion, sliced thinly, 1 tbsp. shoyu, 1 tbsp. vinegar, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tsp. ground pepper

Lemon wedges, 1 chicken breast, skin removed, boiled and shredded, save broth, 1/2 lb. med. shrimp, shelled, deveined and split into 2, 4 garlic cloves, minced, 1 med. onion, sliced, 1/2 med. cabbage, sliced fine, 3 med. carrots, finely sliced, 2 stalks celery, sliced crosswise, 1 c. fresh green beans, French cut, 4 hard cooked eggs, sliced, 5 stalks scallions, sliced thin, 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, Salt and pepper to taste, MSG (optional), 1 pkg. (1 lb.) rice sticks, soaked in water for 10 min. and drained

1 lb. chicken, 1 lb. pork and 1/3 lb. med. shrimp, shell and cut 1/2 inch, 1/4 c. vegetable oil, 1 med. onion, thin sliced, 1 tbsp. fish sauce, 1 c. cabbage, finely shredded, 1/2 c. celery, cut in thin strips, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. broth from chicken and pork, 1 lb. Bihon (rice sticks) soaked in hot water 15 minutes or until soft then, drained and set aside, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 c. French cut green beans, 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. MSG, optional

1/4 c. cooking oil, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 onion, minced, 2 c. celery, minced, 1 c. boiled pork, sliced, 1 c. chicken, boiled, sliced, 1 c. fresh shrimp, sliced, 1 sm. cabbage, shredded, 1 lg. carrot, striped, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 1/2 c. broth, 1 lb. pkg. bijon (rice stick), Salt and pepper to taste, 1 tsp. Aji-no-moto, Boiled eggs and green onion for garnish
