2 c. flour, 3 tbsp. Crisco, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 cake yeast or 1/2 tsp. dry yeast, 1/2 c. milk, 2 c. chopped ham, 5 eggs, 1/3 c. grating cheese, 1/2 c. ricotta cheese, Dash of pepper

9. Joshua's Favorite Vegetable Pancakes
2 cans vegetarian vegetable soup (do not add water), 2 eggs, About 1 1/2 c. Matzah meal, to hold, Dash of salt, Dash of pepper, 1 c. cooked (frozen) mixed vegetables (I cook up frozen vegetables to soft and hot, then let it cool.)

Monterey Jack cheese, thinly sliced, 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 tsp. paprika, 1 1/4 c. milk, 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 5 eggs, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 2 med. tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped, 1 sm. onion, cut into 4 pieces, 3 tbsp. canned diced green chilies, drained, 4 tsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves, 1 tsp. salt
