Curried Peach-raisin Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
1 med. onion, chopped2 tsp. curry, or to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. chicken or beef bouillon
2 tsp. cornstarch blended with 2 tbsp. water
3 med. size firm peaches, sliced
Cooking Directions:
In skillet, cook onion and curry in butter until onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Add raisins and bouillon. Stir in blended cornstarch; cook and stir until thickened and smooth. Add peaches and heat through. Makes 4 servings.Other Recipes you might like:
