1. Thai Chicken With Fresh Basil
3 tblsp vegetable oil, 1 lb chicken breast -- boned, 2 tblsp garlic -- coarsely chopped, 3 tblsp nuoc nam (fish sauce), 3/4 cup basil -- thinly sliced, 2 tablespoon sugar, 2 serrano chilies, 2 tablespoon water
