Mexican Chef Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 head lettuce, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 Avocado, chopped
1/2 lb. Cheddar or Colby cheese, grated
Medium sized bag Tortilla chips, crushed
Thousand Island dressing

Cooking Directions:

Brown beef and season. Drain well. Add kidney beans and mix together. In a large bowl, put tomatoes, lettuce, onion, Avocado and cheese. Mix well. Add meat and bean mixture to ingredinets in bowl. Mix together. Then add crushed tortilla chips. Mix and add dressing to taste. Serve immediately.
