Pasta House Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 head Romaine lettuce1 head iceberg lettuce
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimentos
1 lg. red onion, sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (10 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and halved (not marinated), optional
1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 c. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
Toss first six ingredients, omitting Parmesan. Add dressing, toss until coated. Add Parmesan and toss. Mix 1/2 hour before serving and serve on chilled plates.Other Recipes you might like:
