Marilyne's Artichoke Frittata Recipe
Ingredients:
3 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichokes, drained and finely chopped1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 med. onion, chopped
4 eggs, lightly beaten
6 single soda crackers, finely crushed
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
Mix ingredients. Pour into buttered 8 inch square pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cut into squares. Serve warm.Other Recipes you might like:
