Mock Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe
Ingredients:
8 chicken breasts, deboned and tenderized by pounding8 slices Swiss cheese
8 slices ham
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
4 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning dressing (crush if needed)
Cooking Directions:
Lay one slice Swiss cheese on top of chicken breast; lay one slice ham on top of cheese. Roll up, roll in melted butter, and then in crushed bread crumbs.Place seam side down in glass baking dish. When finished, pour remaining butter over chicken. Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
