Chocolate Mashed Potato Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c. butter1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 c. mashed potatoes, put through sieve
1 1/8 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 heaping tsp. baking powder
2 sqs. bitter chocolate
Cooking Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, then add melted chocolate, beaten eggs, mashed potatoes, and flour to which salt and baking powder has been added. If the batter is too dry, add milk or water; mix well. Bake 35 to 45 minutes in a moderate oven.Other Recipes you might like:
