Tossed Salad And Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
12 c. salad greens (any combination)2 c. sliced onion, radish slices, cucumber slices (any combination)
1/4 c. vegetable oil, or olive oil, or combination of the two
2 tbsp. cider, wine or tarragon vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
Garnish choices: Crumbled bacon, blue cheese, carrot curls, sliced olives, croutons, French fried onions, cherry tomatoes, sliced egg, etc.
Cooking Directions:
Tear up salad greens, slice vegetables and set in refrigerator until ready to use. Mix oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and crushed garlic and shake well. When ready to serve, pour over lettuce and toss. Garnish the top with your choice.Delicious. Enjoy!
