Creamy Potato Bake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. chive cream cheese, softened
6 c. diced cooked potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dill weed
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 to 8 sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled

Cooking Directions:

Beat together sour cream, milk, cottage cheese and cream cheese. Arrange half the potatoes in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with half the salt, pepper, dill weed, onion and cheese. Pour half the sauce over top. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Bake in 325 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned around edges. Garnish with bacon.
