Seven-up Baked Sweet Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
6 sweet potatoes1 c. brown sugar
1 (7 oz.) bottle Seven-Up
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
Cinnamon or nutmeg
Cooking Directions:
Slice sweet potatoes into casserole. In a skillet or heavy saucepan combine sugar, Seven-Up, salt, butter and spice. Boil together for 5 minutes. Pour over top of sweet potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until potatoes are done.Other Recipes you might like:
