Potato Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt or less
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
4-8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Corn flake crumbs
Cooking Directions:
Stir together potatoes, butter, salt, pepper, soup, sour cream and cheese in a greased 9"x13" pan. Pat mixture in and top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.Other Recipes you might like:
