Tater Tot Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef or turkey1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen tater tot potatoes
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 soup can milk or water
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Cooking Directions:
In a skillet, brown meat and onion. Drain any fat. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a 2 quart casserole. Top with potatoes. Combine soup with milk or water; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
