Grape Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c. Concord grapes1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
6 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
Cooking Directions:
Take off skin of grapes. Save. Bring pulp to boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Put through sieve. Add skins to pulp. Combine pulp with other ingredients. Place in pie shell. Top with crumb topping.TOPPING:
1/2 c. flour6 tbsp. butter1/4 c. sugar
Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
