Unbelievable Coconut Cream Pie Recipe

Ingredients:

2 c. milk
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut

Cooking Directions:

Measure ingredients into blender container. Process on low speed until well mixed. Pour into 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 7.

Note: This unbelievably easy to make pie saves both time and money. The flour in the custard mixture goes to the bottom during baking, forming a thin crust. Custard pie doesn't keep well, so invite friends to share this. P.S. This is one dessert the calorie conscious should skip!
