Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (about 36 wafers)1/3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. butter (melted)
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Directions:
Mix curmbs, powdered sugar, cocoa with melted butter. Press into 9 inch pie pan. Cream the cream cheese and mayonnaise together. Beat in sugar. Melt the chocolate chips. Add the melted chips and vanilla. Beat well. pour into cookie crust. Bake 350 degrees 30 to 35 minutes. Chill 4 hours.
