1. Sausage Ravioli
3 hot Italian sausage, 3 sweet Italian sausage, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped, 1 onion, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated, 1 pkg. frozen cheese ravioli, 1 sm. jar Ragu, 1 (16 oz.) canned tomatoes, 1/2 tsp. basil, 1/2 tsp. oregano, 3 tbsp. butter, 1-2 tbsp. red wine, Parmesan cheese

1 lb. pkg. noodles, 3 cans cream of mushroom soup, 1 hen, 1 c. chicken broth, 1 green bell pepper, chopped, 1 sm. can pimentos, chopped, 1 med. onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. oil, Grated cheese

Salmon, cooked, 1/4 lb. mushrooms, Green pepper, Garlic, Olive oil, Butter, milk, white wine, 1/2 tsp. sugar, Salt and pepper, Nutmeg, Ravioli, cooked in hot water with olive oil, Parmesan cheese after you serve the dish

2 lbs. hamburger, browned, salt & pepper to taste, 1 (45 oz.) can ravioli, 1 (16 oz.) spaghetti sauce, Mushrooms, fresh or canned, 2 boxes frozen spinach, chopped, drained, 1 c. sliced onion, 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

1 lb. ground beef, cooked with onion, 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced, 1 sm. jar mushrooms, 1 sm. pkg. ravioli noodles, cooked, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced, 1 jar spaghetti sauce, 1 can tomato sauce, 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

2 med. onions, chopped, 1 clove garlic, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, 1 c. tomato sauce, 2 lb. ground beef, 1 can tomato paste, 1 1/2 c. water, 1 1/2 tsp. mixed Italian herbs, Salt & pepper

8. Mock Ravioli
2 med. sized onions, chopped, 1 clove garlic, 3 tbsp. salad oil, 2 lb. ground beef, 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 can tomato paste, 1 1/2 c. water, 1 1/2 tsp. Italian herbs, PART 2:, 1/2 c. salad oil, 1 1/2 c. chopped spinach, 1/2 c. minced parsley, 4 eggs, beaten, 1 c. bread crumbs, 1/2 c. grated cheese, 1 clove garlic, chopped, 1 tsp. sage, 1 tsp. salt, PART 3:, 1 lb. butter, cooked until tender, drained

9. Mock Ravioli
2 onions, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 lb. ground round, 1 can tomato paste, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 1/2 c. water, 1 med. can mushrooms, sliced, 1/2 tsp. sage or Italian spice, Salt & pepper to taste

10. Bohemian Ravioli
1 lb. ground beef, 1 onion, 1 green pepper, Salt and pepper to taste, 3/4 lb. macaroni, cooked, 1 can tomato soup, or sauce, 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, cut in chunks
