1. Horseradish Aioli Sauce
2 egg yolks, 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar, 1 tsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. white pepper, 2/3 c. peanut oil, 1/3 c. olive oil, 3 tbsp. prepared white grated horseradish, or to taste, 3 garlic cloves, minced or to taste

(6 oz.) frozen crabmeat, thawed, 1 can (10 oz.) frozen oysters, thawed, 5 c. water, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 med. cloves garlic, crushed, Olive oil, 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 can (16 oz.) tomatoes, 1/8 tsp. powdered saffron, 1/2 tsp. ground thyme, 1 tsp. ground basil, Dash of ground fennel, 1 bay leaf, 1 whole red pepper, dried, 2 tsp. salt, Dash of pepper, 1 lemon, sliced, 6 to 8 slices French bread, Aioli Sauce (recipe follows), Snipped parsley, 2 egg yolks, 3 med. cloves garlic, peeled, 1 tsp. paprika, 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, 1/4 c. olive oil

3. Greek Chicken Salad
3 c. cubed chicken breasts, cooked, 2 med. cucumbers, chopped, 1 1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese, 2/3 c. sliced ripe olives, 1/4 c. chopped parsley, 1 recipe Aioli, 1/2 c. plain yogurt, 1 tbsp. oregano, Lettuce leaves

4. Greek Chicken Salad
1/2 box twists noodles, 3 c. cubed cooked chicken, 2 1/2 c. cucumber and celery, 1 1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese, 2/3 c. sliced black olives, 1/4 snipped parsley, 1 or 2 cloves garlic, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, Salt and pepper to taste, 1 c. oil, 1 c. yogurt, 1 tbsp. oregano

5. Barbecued Aioli Turkey
1/4 c. soy sauce, 1/4 c. mayonnaise, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tsp. oregano, crushed, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 3/4 tsp. black pepper, 4 turkey breast cutlets



6. Pasta Salad With Tuna Aioli Dressing
1 (16 oz.) pkg. mostaccioli pasta, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 5 sm. garlic cloves, 2 tbsp. dijon mustard, 1 1/2 c. fresh spinach, 1 c. red pepper, juilenned, 1 c. frozen green peas, thawed and drained, 3 (6 oz.) cans marinated artichoke hearts, 1/2 c. fresh dill, chopped, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper, 2 or 3 (6 oz.) cans water packed white tuna, drained

7. Roast Range Chicken With Garlic Chive Aioli
2 (3 1/2 to 4 lb.) free range chickens, 16 sm. new potatoes, 4 bulbs fresh fennel, 4 med. Vidalia onions, 24 carrots, with greens attached, 24 oz. Crimini mushrooms, 16 stalks celery, 3 bunches fresh thyme, Olive oil, 12 cloves garlic, Kosher salt and cracked white pepper, 1 egg, 2 c. good quality olive oil, 1 lemon, 1 bunch garlic chives or onion chives

8. Aioli Vinaigrette
1 egg white, 5 cloves garlic, 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard, 1/2 c. olive oil

9. Aioli Sauce
2 eggs, 5 cloves garlic, crushed, 1 tbsp. prepared mustard, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 3/4 c. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper

10. Aioli
1 egg, 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard, 1 tsp. salt, 4 or 5 cloves of garlic
