Chinese Spare Ribs Recipe
Ingredients:
3 lb. spareribs1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. soy sauce
Cooking Directions:
Cut ribs in small pieces. Bake in oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Pour off the accumulated (moderate) fat.Prepare sauce, combining vinegar, sugar, cornstarch and soy sauce. Heat over low heat until sauce thickens. Pour the sauce over the ribs and bake in a slow oven for another 45 minutes. Stir the ribs occasionally to be sure all the ribs are coated.
