Smoked Turkey Recipe
Ingredients:
2 gal. water2 c. Morton Tender Quick
1 c. ice cream salt
8 tbsp. liquid smoke
Cooking Directions:
Mix. Put turkey in solution and let it sit for 24 hours in a plastic container in your refrigerator. Wrap turkey in foil in a roaster with some of the smoke liquid. Cook in a slow, 250 degree oven.Other Recipes you might like:
