Beef Dinner In Foil Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef1 med. green pepper, cut into 8 rings
1 med. onion, sliced & separated into rings
3 med. carrots, cut in 3" strips
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
Cooking Directions:
Shape beef into 4 (3/4" thick) patties. Sprinkle with salt. Tear off 4 (12") lengths of heavy duty foil. Center meat on each piece of foil. Divide vegetables among packets and layer on top of meat. Draw up 4 corners of foil to center; twist securely. Grill over slow coals 45 to 50 minutes or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp tender. Pass catsup, if desired.
