Black-eyed Peas Mexican Style Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lg. bulk pork sausage1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans (16 oz.) frozen black-eyed peas
16 oz. can tomatoes
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cooking Directions:
Crumble sausage in a skillet; cook until done. Drain well. Stir in onion and garlic; saute 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients; simmer mixture 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Makes 6 servings.Other Recipes you might like:
