Pork Chops And Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients:
6 to 8 loin cut pork chopsSm. onion
2 cans cream of celery soup
1/2 c. flour
8 to 10 med. potatoes
Cooking Directions:
Brown onion in pan until clear. Brown pork chops; set aside.Slice potatoes up in chip style. Put potatoes in 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle with flour.
Take 2 cans cream of celery soup and add to pan drippings with 1/2 can water mixed together. Pour over potatoes. Add pork chops to the top of potatoes and bake covered for 1 1/2 hours on 350 degrees F. Serves 4 to 6 people.
