Pork Chops And Peas Recipe
Ingredients:
6 loin pork chops, cut 1/2 to 3/4 inch thickSalt and pepper
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
Cooking Directions:
Season pork chops with salt and pepper; brown lightly on both sides in hot fat. Combine orange juice and brown sugar; pour over chops; cover and simmer 40 minutes or until chops are tender, adding water if necessary. Add peas, which have been broken into small chunks.
