Pork Chop Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
6 loin pork chops10 to 12 pieces bread, broken up for bread stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Celery and onion
Cooking Directions:
Grease glass baking dish with butter. Place pork chops in dish, salt and pepper lightly.In skillet, saute onion and celery in 2 tablespoons butter. Dump bread stuffing into skillet and mix well. You can add poultry seasoning to taste. Add enough milk to make bread stick together. Spread bread stuffing over pork chops to form a crust over the entire dish.
Take 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, dilute with 1/4 cup water. Pour over stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour without cover.
