Pork Chop Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
6 c. peeled sliced potatoes3 tbsp. flour
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/3 c. diced green pepper or pimiento
3 tbsp. butter
3 c. milk
6 loin pork chops
Salt and pepper
Cooking Directions:
Place half of the potatoes in a casserole. Salt and pepper. Sprinkle half the flour and onion slices. Dot with half the butter. Repeat. Add sufficient milk so that it can be seen between top slices. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper; place on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.Other Recipes you might like:
