Mediterranean Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
4 loin pork chops, very lean, 1/2" thick, well trimmed1 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
Cooking Directions:
Brown chops in oil in large skillet. Pour off fat. Mix seasonings together and sprinkle over chops. Add water and cover tightly. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat 1 hour or until tender. Makes 4 servings. 125 calories per serving.Other Recipes you might like:
