Fruited Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pork loin or rib chops1 can of pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. pitted prunes
1/2 c. dried apricots
1/2 c. bottled sweet and spicy French salad dressing
Cooking Directions:
Cook pork over medium heat in frying pan until brown; drain. Place pineapple, prunes and apricots on pork. Pour dressing over fruit and pork. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer until pork is done, 20 to 25 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
