Braised Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
4 pork loin or rib chops, 1/2 to 1 inch thick1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. pineapple juice (or substitute like juice from canned fruit)
Cooking Directions:
Brown meat over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat, pour juice on meat. Cover tightly, simmer 1/2 inch for 20 to 2 minutes, 1 inch for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Serve with sprouts, apple salad or sauce and mashed potatoes.Other Recipes you might like:
