Meat Loaf Surprise Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 slices bread, broken up
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. oregano
1 lg. jar favorite tomato sauce
Cooking Directions:
Mix all contents in bowl together except for tomato sauce. Mold meat loaf in large ball and place in casserole dish with bottom filled with tomato sauce, then pour or coat top of meat with sauce. Bake in oven with lid or cover at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Serve with Italian bread.Other Recipes you might like:
