Butterfly Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c. condensed milk1 (8 oz.) pkg. dates
8 oz. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. butter flavored extract
Pepperidge Farm Butterfly cookies
Cooking Directions:
In double boiler cook milk and chopped dates until thick. Add nuts and extract. Spread on cracker, put on cookie sheet. Bake 7 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees.Mix 1 cup confectioners' sugar and water to make glaze. Use pastry brush to frost. You don't have to wait until it cools. Makes 73.
