Chili Verde Recipe

Ingredients:

3 to 4 lb. shoulder pork roast (boneless)
1 lg. can Ortega green chile salsa
1 med. can Ortega chopped green chiles
Garlic salt to taste

Cooking Directions:

In crock pot place pork roast (sprinkled with garlic salt to taste), can of green salsa and chopped chiles. Turn crock pot to medium setting. Cook 6 to 8 hours until pork is tender.
