Pickled Pigs Feet Recipe

Ingredients:

2 qts. vinegar
1 sm. red pepper
2 tbsp. grated horseradish
1 tsp. whole black pepper
1 tsp. whole allspice
1 bay leaf

Cooking Directions:

Mix all together and bring to the boiling point.

Take clean feet that have been cut in half. Cover with water, put 1 tablespoon salt and cook just until tender. Pack in clean jars to within 1/2 inch from top with boiling vinegar. Put cap on screwing band down firmly tight. Process jars in water bath for 90 minutes.
