Glazed Corned Beef Recipe
Ingredients:
5-7 lb. corned beef6 pepper corns
1 onion, sliced
4 whole cloves
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 head cabbage
Potatoes
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/3 c. catsup
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
Cooking Directions:
Cover corned beef with water. Add pepper, onion, cloves and celery. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer (do not boil) 4 to 5 hours until almost tender. Remove to a baking dish. Strain broth, save to cook cabbage and potatoes in at this time.Other Recipes you might like:
