Beef Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
1 can tomato juice (approx. 13 oz.)6 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. onion
2 bay leaves
1/4 tsp. chili powder
4 tsp. salt
Stew meat
1 can niblet corn
1 sm. can lima beans
1 c. diced potatoes
1 c. carrots
1 can tomatoes
1 c. celery
Cabbage (optional)
Cooking Directions:
Let above simmer until meat is tender. Then add:1 can niblet corn1 sm. can lima beans1 c. diced potatoes1 c. carrots1 can tomatoes1 c. celeryCabbage (optional)
Simmer slow until all veggies are done.
