Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
2 (2 lb.) cans sweet potatoes1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Pet milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. broken pecans
1 c. flour
1 c. softened butter
1 c. mini marshmallows
Cooking Directions:
Drain potatoes. Place in food processor bowl with sugar, eggs, salt, cinnamon, milk, melted butter and vanilla. Process until mixture is smooth. Pour into lightly greased casserole dish. Mix together brown sugar, flour and pecans. Cut in softened butter until mixture resembles bread crumbs. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle mini marshmallows over mixtures. Return to oven and bake until marshmallows are melted and browned.Other Recipes you might like:
