Bourbon - Pecan Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. bourbon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 unbaked (9 in.) pastry shell
Cooking Directions:
Combine first 7 ingredients; mix well. Place pecans in bottom of pastry shell; pour the sugar mixture over pecan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.Other Recipes you might like:
